Recreation Pass Overview

Activate a pass to gain access to our pools, tennis and pickleball courts during the 2024 season. New or replacement passes will be mailed or are available for pickup within seven business days of transaction and are renewable each year. If you would like to pick up your pass, please make an appointment by contacting member services at 703-435-6530. A pass is required to gain entry to all facilities and will be scanned upon entering or courtside. Details to replace a lost card is listed below. Passes are valid through the current calendar year and are non-refundable.


To Renew Your Pass:
If you are activating a pass for the first time please refer to First-Time Pass Activation instructions below.

- Scroll down to select the pass option(s) you’d like to activate.
- You will be prompted to enter your WebTrac Username and Password if not already logged in
- Select the passes you would like to renew. If you are purchasing a Non-Member Family Package, select ONLY ONE ADULT family member. Doing so will renew your entire Family Package.
- Proceed to checkout process.


Lost Your Pass?
You will need to contact our Member Services Team after completing the renewal transaction and they will deactivate the lost pass and issue a replacement card. Replacement passes are $5.00 per pass.


First-Time Pass Activations:
- Please click Login to enter your Username and Password if not already logged in .
- Scroll down to select the pass you would like to Activate.
- You will be asked to select whether you will provide photos for pass verification. If you choose to opt out of this feature, you may be asked to display other photo identification when accessing the pools or courts. To submit photos, e-mail photos to [email protected] with “Pass photos” in the subject. Include the name of the primary person registered for the account and your address in the body of the e-mail. Photos are not printed on the passes but are referenced by staff when scanned for admission to the facilities; please be sure we can clearly see the subject’s face (no sunglasses). Passes will not be printed until photos have been received.
- Select the passes you would like to activate. If you are purchasing a Non-Member Family Package, select ONLY ONE ADULT family member and all eligible family members will appear in your cart.
- Select your shipping and photo preference.
- Proceed to checkout process.


Guest Passes:
Each household may purchase one All-Season Guest Pass below, which allows one guest to join a pass holder each time they visit the pools or courts. Additional 5-Visit Punch Passes can be purchased by clicking "Search" at the top of the page, then selecting “Merchandise Search.


Boat Permits

This year, boat fee processing has been moved to MemberSuite , the platform RA uses to process the annual assessment.
To renew your Permanent Mooring Permit for this year, please follow the steps below:
· Complete and return a Permanent Mooring Permit Application and Renewal Form. Permanent Mooring Permit Application and Renewal Form
· Pay for your Permanent Mooring Permit fee:
Follow the secure payment URL provided on Monday, April 1st in an email from MemberSuite to pay online.
Follow instructions on the Monday, April 1st email to pay by phone or check.
