This yoga class for all fitness levels, incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Class is held OUTDOORS at Brown's Chapel, located on or near the basketball courts. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. The instructor will confirm prior to the start of the class. If there is bad weather the instructor will contact participants 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
