This yoga class for all fitness levels, incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Class is held OUTDOORS at Brown's Chapel Park on or near the basketball courts. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. The instructor will confirm prior to the start of the class. If there is bad weather the instructor will contact participants 30 minutes prior to the start of class.

In SUP Yoga immerse yourself in nature and tap into a sense of peace and tranquility aboard a floating fitness mat while taking in the beautiful outdoors. Work on strength and flexibility over the course of this 4-week yoga session.

SUP Fitness is a wonderful way to spice up your fitness routine. This class is designed to condition the body, build core strength, and improve balance and mobility all on a floating fitness mat.
