This is RA’s Beginner lessons for ages 10-12 years old. These classes are intended for kids that are still developing their technical abilities and ball recognition skills. Junior Level one uses green dot balls and Junior Level 2 uses yellow balls. Players at this level will need a 25”-27” racquet.

Level One-Green Dot ball: is designed for students with little or no tennis experience. Players will learn proper grips, footwork patterns and correct swing technique for forehand, backhand, serve and volleys.

This is RA’s Beginner and Advanced Beginner lessons for ages 10-12 years old. These classes are intended for kids that are still developing their technical abilities and ball recognition skills. Junior Level one uses green dot balls and Junior Level 2 uses yellow balls. Players at this level will need a 25”-27” racquet.
Level Two-yellow ball: class will have heavy emphasis on ball control, hitting over the net with margin of error and learning to rally and point play.

This class is designed for players that have some tennis experience or are moving up from Aces 2. This course will include drills for footwork, shot preparation, and recovery and games. Players at this level will need a “23-25” racquet.

While this course will work on improving basic strokes, the emphasis will be on developing game tactics and strategy for match competition. There will be drills for footwork, shot preparation, and recovery. A third of every lesson will be devoted to match play. Players must complete Orange Ball Futures I and be directed by an instructor before registering for this class. Players at this level will need a 23”-25” racquet.
