Nature Tots 1B AM-Fur, Feathers and Fins

Nature Tots provides a fun, educational experience for children ages 3-5 that nurtures their curiosity about the natural world while helping them to develop social and physical skills. Based at the Walker Nature Center, campers enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that encourage creativity and exploration. Activities are centered around a weekly theme and include nature walks, group games, arts and crafts, and music. A daily snack is served. At least one staff member for every six campers.

Registration begins Monday, January 29 at 8:30 a.m. for RA Members and Monday, February 5 at 8:30 a.m. for Non-members.
Discover amazing animals that live in Reston. Meet a live snake and turtle up close. Search for blue herons and ducks at Lake Audubon. Roll logs to find toads and salamanders. Scoop up a fish from the stream. Use binoculars to look for cardinals and other beautiful birds. Can you spot a deer or chipmunk in the forest? Match animals to their furs and footprints. Sing silly songs and create a unique craft each day.
