If you are renewing and did not keep the pass issued to you in previous years or have misplaced it, replacements are available for an additional $5 per pass. After you have completed the renewal transaction online, contact Member Services during normal business hours at (703) 435-6530 press option #5 or stop by the office to purchase a replacement card. Your original pass will be deactivated, and a new one will be provided.
